At MINISFORUM EU, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all electronics to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance computing experience. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and specific reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the Mini PC and all original accessories, including power adapters and cables, into the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to our EU Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our designated European service center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
